A sliding fee scale is applied to HealthPAC patients, based on income.

Monday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Closed, 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm.
Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Closed 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm.
Saturday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm.
