Oral evaluations and appropriate referrals
Patients who do not have insurance may qualify for a discount fee program, which is based on your household income and family size. Depending on your situation, you may save 25% to 100% off our regular fees.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Saturday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
