Community Health and Wellness accepts all insurances and ?provides a full discount to individuals and families with annual incomes at or below 100% of the Federal poverty guidelines and for those with incomes between 100% and 200% of poverty.
No patient will be denied health care services due to an individual’s inability to pay for such services.
