About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Program provides low cost dental services to those with low income or no insurance.
Eligibility:Adults ages 18 years and older at or below 200% federal poverty guideline. Call for an appointment.
Payment options:Does NOT accept insurance. Call for payment options. Sliding scale based on income, or $25.
Hours:Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri 8am-4pm (Closed 12noon-1pm) & Thu 9am-12noon
