Broward County Health Department North Regional Health Center is a clinical preventive and restorative dental services for children between 2.5 to 20 years old from families whose income is below 200% the Federal OMB poverty level; program's goal is to improve the dental health of the youth of Broward County.
Fees charged:Medicaid, Self-Pay/Full, Self-Pay/Sliding scale (family's income must be 200% below Federal Poverty Level)
Intake procedure:
Appointment, proof of income, social security card, tax statement, parental consent and residence address required
Eligibility requirements:
Must be 2.5-20 years old for Medicaid, family income below 200% of Federal Poverty Level
