Tuesday 8 AM - 8 PM
Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM
As a federally qualified health center, all of PDCHC's sites see patients regardless of ability to pay. Low-income and uninsured patients must apply and provide documents to prove eligibility for discounted health services as determined by Federal Poverty Guidelines and must be reverified on an annual basis.
Patients with KY Medicaid, Passport, Medicare or Private Insurance are
also welcomed.
