About This Clinic
Provides basic health care services including physical examinations, immunizations, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments. Clients are referred to other providers for specialty care when needed.

Fees:*No one is denied services because of inability to pay
*Medicaid, Medicare, as well as sliding fee discount program for patients who do not have insurance
Hours:*Monday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm
*Wednesday 11am-7:30pm
*Walk-ins welcome, same day appointments available
