About This Clinic
Clinical dental services provided by the Dr. Gary Burnstein Community Health Clinic are entirely free of charge to our patients. Unfortunately, due to a low volume of local dental resources and a high volume of need, there is often a waiting list for the dental services at the Clinic.
Application process:
*Call or visit website for registration packet
*Medical appointments usually given within a few days of receiving paperwork
*Dental appointments have about a four week wait list
*You will be asked for your most recent financial information
Eligibility:
*No residency requirement, will see anyone that meets the other eligibility criteria
*Adults age 19 - 64
*Income must be 250% of the federal poverty guidelines
Fees:
*No fees
*Donations welcome
Hours:
*Dental hours vary depending on the availability of the volunteer dentists
*The office processes new patient paperwork on Mon and Wed 9am-4pm and Tue and Fri from 1pm-4pm
