FEE POLICIES
Most private health insurance and managed care plans accepted, including Medicaid, Medicare and Child Health Plus. Cash, check, credit and debit cards payments are accepted. Sliding fee scale available, depending on family size and income, for those without insurance.

Monday/Thursday: 8:00am - 7:30pm
Tues: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday/Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday/Sunday: Closed
