This center offers a variety of medical services, with limited primary dental care. The mission at this center is to provide quality primary health care at the most affordable price, and to provide these services to those who may best be served in a community based setting, regardless of their ability to pay.
Offers a sliding scale fee program to those who qualify according to their income and household size. You may apply whether you have health insurance or not.
