This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Care Alliance provides comprehensive and affordable oral health services, including:
- Dental Cleanings
- Extractions
- X-Rays
- Oral Cancer Screenings
- Partials
- Dentures Oral Surgery
Sliding scale (slides to zero, except for dentures or partials, which will always require a minimum fee).
Third-party payment accepted:
Medicare,
Medicaid
private insurance
Uninsured clients pay a fixed fee for the initial consultation.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
