Primary Care Health Services, Inc. provides all phases of general dental health services for infants, teens and adults.

Pediatrics (Cleaning, Exams, Fluoride and X-rays)
Head Start Exams Fluoride (for children 16 and under)

Root Canals-(for Incisors and Bicuspids)

Bridges
The Sliding Fee Program offers a reduction or discount on all health care services except prescription drugs and is based on household income and family size. Patients may qualify to only pay 25, 50, or 75 percent of the cost for their health care services.
Dental Hours:
Monday, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm. Wednesday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
