CHC locations accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurances. Offers a sliding fee program for eligible low income families. Services provided: Adult medicine, cardiology, dental, health education, laboratory, migrant/seasonal farm worker health, occupational medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnoses and Treatment) Program for Medicaid-eligible children, immunizations, personal care aides, a pharmacy, and radiology. |
