Full dental services for all ages are provided at the Davis County Clinics and Midtown Dental Clinic at Midtown CHC of Ogden.

We accept all private dental insurance plans and offer reduced rates for those without insurance. Patients without medical insurance are welcome and will be charged at the time of service on a discounted sliding fee scale based on income and family size.
Dental Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
