Mountainlands Family Health Center offers a variety of dental services at an affordable rate for their patients on a sliding pay scale based on family size and income.

Dental Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Closed, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. daily.
