Fees: Fees Vary; Sliding Scale is available for Urgent Dental Care to residents of Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle, Lamoille, and Washington Counties; Sliding Scale for Non-Emergency dental care is only available to residents of Chittenden County and Southern Grand Isle County
