In order to be eligible for free services at this clinic you need to meet the following requirements: Be a Hanover County Resident, 18 years of age & over, Low Income, and No Insurance for needed care.

Open: Tuesdays 6-9 pm. Call for screening appointment.
Prescreening and appointments required.
