Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, private insurance, private pay, and offers a sliding fee scale for low-income uninsured patients.
Bills directly to Community Health Plan of Washington; please inquire about billing to other insurance plans.

Provides dental services fully staffed with experienced dentists, hygienist and dental assistants. Provides comprehensive dental care for established adult medical patients and children, including exam, cleanings, x-rays, root canals, crowns and fillings and more.
