About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Services include regular cleanings, fillings, x-rays, dentures/partials and simple tooth extractions.
Adults, seniors and children as young as two years old are welcome at the clinic.
Sliding Fee Program helps people who have limited or no health insurance. Patients will be charged for services based on their income and the number of people in their household.
